The Philadelphia menu was made to keep regulars coming back without repeating a thing. Steakhouse loyalists get what they’re looking for, along with a raw bar open five nights a week. There’s live shucking, tower stacking, and plenty to pair with whatever’s 
in your glass.

Rooted in American steakhouse tradition, our food stays light on pretense and big on flavor. The goal is to create dishes that showcase our local offerings and let those ingredients shine. It’s local where it counts and elevated where it matters most – all in the spirit of Washington Square.
